The brand Dominnico was born in 2016 as a result of the Barcelona based Spanish designer talent, Domingo Rodríguez Lázaro. The first Dominnico collection, “Unusual Dichotomy”, was presented in the European Fashion Union of Budapest and also opened Alicante Fashion Week.
In the following year the brand grew rapidly gaining popularity in the fashion industry and social media, fact that allowed Dominnico to present his collection “Revolution and Decadence ” in the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.
Only one year later, having been a success his Autumn / Winter collection “Neil”, Domingo Rodríguez Lázaro wins the 14th edition of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent contest with his brand DOMINNICO. The winner collection, "Harajuku Kids” which creates a dialogue between the Social Media and the user, took the audience's breath away and filled the catwalk with applauses.
Dominnico´s target is a risky-style woman who is committed to fashion, someone who makes a splash wherever she goes and appreciates the quality of the garments. Several celebrities, as Lady Gaga, Rita Ora or Rosalia, have already relied on this young brand. Dominnico is already present in the main fashion platforms as Vogue, Neo 2, Cosmopolitan and Hola Fashion among others.
